Amazing Aztec Sun God .925 Sterling Silver Decorative Zippo Lighter Case

This handcrafted silver case is designed to hold a Zippo lighter. This case comes with a 1957 lighter which is an advertiser for a car sales company in Houston, Texas.  The intricate design of the silversmith work is amazing and goes 360 degrees around the case. Sun god on one side the a "P" representing the owners last name. The person I acquired this lighter from said he was with his uncle in Mexico, in 1957, when his uncle purchased this custom case, at the time he was 10 years old. His uncle was from Houston which fits the lighter in the case. 

Really nice piece with great history. The lighter itself is worn with a wobbly hinge. The silver case has dent on top, but other wise is amazing to look at. There is silver patina all around the case which can be polished right off if the new owner chooses to.
