Vintage lighter with with affixed emblem.
Used condition with wear and tiny dings from years of use. Correct insert with slight wobble in the hinge. We grade this Fair 70.
Interesting attached pennant that would be fun to research, probably nautical related like a yacht or marina club. Quite interesting.
