1962 Zippo Advance Transformer Co. Advertising Lighter – Mint 99 – Box & Paperwork
1962 Zippo Advance Transformer Company advertising lighter featuring a bold, exceptionally crisp two-color etched-and-painted graphic in red and black.
The front design reads “Advance Transformer Co.” with the company’s transformer-coil emblem and Chicago identification. The graphic is strong, clean, and visually striking, with excellent contrast against the polished chrome finish.
The bottom stamp is especially clean and sharply defined, with two date-code dots on each side of the Zippo logo confirming 1962 production. The lighter is accompanied by its original box and period paperwork. The box remains very presentable, with light age-related storage wear consistent with its age.
Condition: Mint 99/100. An outstanding, high-quality example with only the most negligible evidence of age or handling.
