Good news is that it has a really nice crisp pennant emblem affixed to it, bad news is we have not been able to figure out what the emblem represents?!?
These pennants are usually nautical in nature, like a yacht club or marina. The lighter is unused with real nice insert and clean inside. It has no box and has very slight age blemishes and very very light scratches that you can only see when you hold it certain ways. We grade this Excellent 92.
